Breakfast: Tea, one piece of toast.
Lunch: apple, yogurt (non-fat)
Dinner: spaghetti and one meatball (three laxatives)
I think the toast this morning did the trick. I wasn't hungry at lunch and had to force myself to eat the apple and yogurt. I ignored my other apple and didn't even touch the carrots. I think I was also drinking a heavily caffeinated drink and that worked as an appetite suppresent.
I can feel the laxatives at work churning the food and trying to get it out of me. Yeah. I'm going to eat a bit of very fatty cake and enjoy myself. Then begin the starvation cycle again.
