Breakfast: apple
Exercise: five mile run with 5 minutes of warm up and cool down; yoga (half boat and full boat pose)
Haven't had lunch yet. I'm thinking of a piece of toast with my tea, but also, I'd like to have no toast and just tea. I'm not feeling hungry which is a great sign.
Tonight, I'll head out to Keene NH to be in the background of a movie. I'm wicked excited, I've always wanted to be an extra and now I'm actually doing it! Hooray!
